Shipping Insurance – Package Protection

Shipping Insurance Package Protection is a $25 add-on that protects your order if USPS / UPS loses or fails to deliver your package.

We ship every order with care and add tracking to all packages. Occasionally, packages get lost in transit. When that happens, Shipping Insurance has you covered.

What’s Covered

If tracking confirms your package was not delivered or lost in transit, we will reship your full order at no additional charge. No questions asked.

What’s Not Covered

If USPS / UPS tracking marks your package as Delivered, we cannot reship or issue a replacement. We understand this can be frustrating. However, we rely entirely on what our shipping software confirms. We do not accept a customer’s word over the official USPS / UPS delivery status. This policy protects both our customers and our business.

Important Notes

• We offer one Shipping Insurance add-on per order
• You must submit claims within 7 days of the expected delivery date
• USPS / UPS tracking status solely determines reship eligibility — no exceptions
• Shipping Insurance does not cover delays, damaged packaging, or partial deliveries
• All sales on Shipping Insurance are final

How to File a Claim

First, check your tracking to confirm USPS / UPS shows your package as not delivered or lost. Then, email us at [email protected] with your order number and tracking number. We will verify the status and process your reship within 1–3 business days.
