Trap Gods is a wholesale site for adults of legal age. This page explains the rule, what we ask at the door, and what remains your responsibility.
Age requirement
This site and its products are for adults aged 21 and over. We do not sell to anyone under 21 under any circumstances.
The requirement applies to browsing the site and to placing an order. It applies to the person buying and, where an order is bought for resale, to the business buying it.
What we ask, and what we do not check
When you arrive on the site you are asked to confirm that you are over 21 before you can view it. That confirmation is a declaration you make yourself.
We do not verify identity, and we do not check government-issued ID at any point in the ordering process. Confirming your age is something you do on your word, not something we validate.
Answering that prompt dishonestly does not make an order permitted. If you are under 21, the answer is no, and the rule applies whatever the screen accepts.
Your responsibility
Meeting the age requirement is on you. So is knowing what applies where you are. Age rules for hemp-derived products are set locally and are not the same everywhere, and some places set a higher bar than ours or do not permit these products at all.
Before ordering, confirm that you meet the age requirement that applies at your delivery address, not only ours. If you are buying for resale, the same obligation carries through to how you sell on.
Ordering
Checkout does not currently include a separate age step beyond the confirmation shown when you enter the site. There is no date-of-birth field and no ID upload, and we do not collect age documentation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. An order that has not shipped can be cancelled for a full refund — see the shipping page for how that works.
